Workplace Investigations

from $500.00

A complaint has been raised, or a conduct issue between employees or leaders needs a real look, and you know you can’t be the one to investigate it. You need someone neutral, someone who wasn’t in the room, and someone who’ll document the process the right way.

Every investigation is conducted the way it needs to hold up later: structured intake, documented interviews, and findings based on what was actually said, not on who’s more convincing in the moment.

Choose your tier at checkout:

BASIC ($500) - Review of the complaint, supporting documents, and relevant policies to clarify the concerns, identify gaps, and determine appropriate next steps. Includes a written assessment outlining what the available information supports, what needs further investigation, and recommended actions. Employee interviews are not included.

STANDARD ($1,200) - A focused investigation that includes intake review, review of relevant documentation and policies, and up to 3 documented employee interviews. Includes a written investigation report summarizing the concerns, information gathered, findings, and recommended next steps.

PREMIUM ($2,000) - An expanded investigation for situations involving additional employees, witnesses, or concerns. Includes everything in Standard, with up to 6 documented employee interviews, review of supporting records, and a written report outlining findings and recommended next steps.

This is HR investigation guidance, not legal representation. For situations already in litigation or under agency investigation (EEOC, state civil rights agency), you’ll also need employment counsel alongside this.

Intake review of the complaint and any existing documentation, plus a written findings summary with recommended next steps. Best suited to low-complexity, single-witness situations.

After purchase, you’ll receive a short intake form to process your specific situation.
